This is my complimentary. Poms are my favorite winter fruit and last week I stocked up! I knew I wanted to take at least one of my pictures of these delicious bubbles of flavor. I took A LOT of different angles of this, arranged them different ways, and added and subtracted poms. This shot turned out to be my favorite.
Over October conference weekend my husband & I go up to Strawberry with his family to their cabin to watch the broadcast. Every year I end up wandering off in between sessions to take pictures of the rocks, trees, & streams like a big outdoorsy nerd. This year I actually get to show off the beauty by sharing it with the class. So...this is my analogous photo. The leaves were perfect! Reds, yellows, oranges, and greens.
BEHOLD! The greatest magazine on earth! For one of my monochromatic photos I thought I'd use this years collection of NatGeo. Ever since I was little I've wanted to take pictures for this magazine, maybe one day I'll be that cool & extreme.
This is my OTHER monochromatic photo. I thought this showed the different shades of blue in a very unique way. I also love the lighting of this.
